President Accepts the Resignation of Shri Virbhadra Singh

The President of India, as advised by the Prime Minister, has accepted the resignation of Shri Virbhadra Singh from the Union Council of Ministers, with immediate effect.

Further, as advised by the Prime Minister of India, the President of India has directed that Shri Vilasrao Dagadojirao Deshmukh, Minister of Science & Technology and Minister of Earth Sciences shall be assigned the additional charge of the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.
